Chrysler Allies with National PTA to Support Schools Nationwide

In mid-September, Chrysler proudly announced that the company has become a nation-wide sponsor of National PTA, the oldest and largest child advocacy association in the United States. Thanks to this partnership, Chrysler and National PTA are able to support local PTAs around the nation in their efforts to promote family engagement and raise money for schools through the Chrysler "Cars 4 Classroom" fundraising program.

Local PTAs and the schools they support will have the opportunity to raise funds by arranging test drive events that feature the extremely popular Chrysler Pacifica and Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivans. Each unique participant who takes a test drive during the event will earn the school a $10 donation from Chrysler. Local PTAs can go to www.cars4classrooms.com to get more information about how to host an event.

Chrysler will also support local PTAs as part of the National PTA's "Take Your Family to School Week" next February, by encouraging families to visit schools and become more involved with their children's education.

In a press release, Tim Kuniskis, Head of Passenger Cars - Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA - North America, stated, "The Chrysler brand and its dealer network have worked with families and educators on test drive fundraisers in communities across America for more than 25 years. Through our partnership with National PTA, the goal is to give every school in every community the opportunity to thrive. Every test drive in the all-new Chrysler Pacifica will help initiatives like after-school programs, new playground builds and technology updates."
